Still wish to sort this i out equally I practice not like unsolved problems!
So if any of you have feel with ownership specially made edible images, then non been able to remove the backing canvass, I would really similar to know.
Many thanks and Merry Christmas.
How were the sheets stored? If the edges were crumbling away, information technology sounds to me that they dried out. I've used edible images a small handful of times and they were soft and pliable.

They arrived in airtight plastic bags.
I kept them that way, till use, post-obit directions given.
I had them for a week and stored them at room temperature.
I got them out of the bags immediately prior to use.
I utilise images all the time an become them from icing images. The only time they dry out is when exposed to air. I've printed images and stored them in Ziplock bags for a week or 2, pulled them out and pulled the prototype off with ease, still pliable. Possibly y'all didn't push the air out of the bag when you airtight it up or had a hole letting air get in?
I had this trouble with footling toppers for cupcakes I had printed for me and I found information technology you popped them in the freezer for a minute or and then they would happily come up off the backing paper (although y'all take to do it as soon as you get them out otherwise they just stick again). I've had to do it with every canvas I've had since and it makes it much easier. Hope that helps!

Thank you for letting me know near this.
The images arrived in what appeared to be an airtight bag, very flat and sealed.
They were simply removed the once for apply and never restored.
Only I now know they do not similar air; many thank you.

Cheers, emma_123.
I tried the freezer trick; it was suggested with the enclosed instructions.
Did not assist at all.
Starting to wonder if I got a faulty product or if I am missing something dreadfully obvious here!
Actually appreciate the input.

Each brand of icing sheets will react a little differently. Did you endeavor flicking the back corner? THis can cause it to release. Some icing sheet brands are thinner and when they are printed on cause the icing sheet to get even thinner and actually merge with the backing. If the freezer trick didnt work, you tin can besides try using a hair dryer to dry out the canvas and cause information technology to release. I know its likewise tardily, merely in the time to come it may help.
